You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to notify PeptideLab immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. PeptideLab is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
4. Products & Pricing
All products sold on this Site are intended strictly for in-vitro research, laboratory use, and educational purposes only. Products are not intended for human consumption, veterinary use, or any diagnostic or therapeutic application.
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without prior notice. While we make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, errors may occur. In the event of a pricing error, PeptideLab reserves the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price and issue a full refund.
Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes and may vary slightly from the actual product. PeptideLab does not guarantee that product descriptions or other content on the Site are complete, accurate, or error-free.
5. Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase products subject to these Terms. PeptideLab reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its sole discretion, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers, unauthorized distributors, or individuals who may not meet our eligibility requirements.
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT). All payment information is processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. PeptideLab does not store your full credit card information on our servers.
An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. Your order is accepted only when the product has been shipped and a shipping confirmation email has been sent.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are typically processed within 0-2 business days. Standard shipping within the United States takes 3-5 business days. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee.
All orders are shipped with temperature-controlled packaging in discreet, unlabeled packaging. PeptideLab includes free shipment protection on all orders. If your package is lost, damaged, or stolen during transit, we will reship your order at no additional cost.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. PeptideLab is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs, or other factors beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
7. Returns & Refunds
PeptideLab offers a 60-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 60 days of the delivery date. Unopened products in their original packaging may be returned for a full refund, including shipping costs.
To initiate a return, contact our support team at support@peptidelab.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong product, damaged shipment, etc.).
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned product. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Cryptocurrency payments are refunded at the USD equivalent value at the time of refund processing.
8. Research Use Only
All products are sold exclusively for research, laboratory, and educational purposes. By purchasing any product, you represent and warrant that you will use the product solely for lawful research purposes and that you will not use, administer, or distribute the product for human consumption, veterinary use, or any therapeutic or diagnostic purpose.
PeptideLab reserves the right to refuse service to any customer who PeptideLab reasonably believes intends to use products for purposes other than legitimate scientific research.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, product photographs, research summaries, documentation, and software, is the property of PeptideLab or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise use any content from this Site without prior written permission from PeptideLab, except for personal, non-commercial use in connection with purchasing products.
10. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Site. Prohibited uses include but are not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site; using the Site to transmit malware, spam, or unsolicited communications; scraping, data mining, or harvesting content from the Site; impersonating any person or entity; and interfering with the proper functioning of the Site.
Any violation of these prohibited uses may result in immediate termination of your account and access to the Site, and may subject you to civil and criminal liability.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PeptideLab and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Site, purchase of products, or these Terms, regardless of the theory of liability.
PeptideLab’s total aggregate liability arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to PeptideLab in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PeptideLab, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to your use of the Site, your purchase or use of products, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Florida.
You agree to waive any right to a jury trial in connection with any dispute arising under these Terms. Any cause of action or claim you may have arising from these Terms must be commenced within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues; otherwise, such cause of action is permanently barred.
